Finance Manager | Crawley

Working closely with a superb business based near central Crawley, West Sussex, to recruit a sharp, enthusiastic and ambitious Finance Manager.

This position is working across a wider finance team, where you will be focused on a range of accounting tasks, such as…

• End-to-end management accounts preparation
• Budget Setting, Forecasting and Business Partnering
• Conducting financial analysis
• Posting of Journals
• Fixed-Asset maintenance
• Supervising a team of two direct reports

The ideal candidate for the position will be:

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA fully qualified
• Analytically minded, with strong financial analysis experience
• Comfortable in the preparation of financial reports
• A confident people person- in this role, not only will you be leading a small team, but you will be liaising with key stakeholders too
