Progression: Promotions are frequent and merit-based, mentor-ship is widely available. With this role in particular, the plan is to get you to Associate Director as soon as possible.

Salary: £75-90K

Quality work: This position is worlds apart from a routine compliance/advisory role. You’ll be working with successful entrepreneurs, executives within Private Equity, and complex non-doms. Expect exciting projects and evolving needs.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing

Managing a portfolio of clients. The plan is that you’ll be delegating the bulk of compliance work so that you can crack on with advisory and client relationship building/maintenance.

On the advisory side, this will be very varied. One day it could be advising somebody on their global tax position, the next it could be on the tax treatment of their shares/investments.

You’ll work collaboratively to manage the team. This will include line management, mentorship, training and sharing ideas over strategy.
