A global tax and technology business is recruiting across Manager to Director grades and is looking for people who don’t wait for a playbook – they build one. You’ll be hands-on in live tax transformation work, untangling problems that don’t have a textbook answer, and comfortable taking a stab at the ones nobody’s solved before.

This isn’t a business development role. Not a fan of BD? No problem – your focus here is building client solutions, not bringing in new business.

What you’ll bring:

• Hands-on experience delivering tax transformation projects, from Manager through to Director level
• A genuine appetite for solving hard, ambiguous problems – creatively, not by the book
• The confidence to make the call when there isn’t a precedent to follow
