Who We’re Looking For

This role is aimed at ambitious in-house indirect tax professionals who are ready for more.

You might currently be a Manager or Senior Manager who feels capable of operating at Director level but hasn’t yet been given the opportunity. Perhaps your organisation is too hierarchical, promotions are slow, or you’re spending more time maintaining existing processes than building new solutions.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience across international VAT, GST and/or Sales Tax
  • Has built a reputation as the person who gets things done
  • Enjoys taking ownership rather than waiting for direction
  • Is commercially minded and comfortable working directly with stakeholders outside tax
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly
  • Is naturally curious about technology, AI and automation
  • Wants to have a genuine impact on how a global business scales

This is very much an in-house mindset role.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to advise from the sidelines. We’re looking for someone who wants to own the outcome, make decisions and build solutions.

You don’t need to have held a Director title before (in fact we don’t really want that).

What matters is whether you’re already operating at that level and simply haven’t been given the platform to demonstrate it.

If you’ve ever looked at your leadership team and thought, “I could do that job tomorrow”, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
