As their newest Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will step in to manage a rich portfolio of clients who are loyal to this firm due to their gold standard of client care and communication.

This role has opened as a result of retirement planning, therefore there is an expectation that you will step into the role of Head of Department within the next year.

What does this Senior Private Client Solicitor job entail?

Focusing on Estate Planning and Administration, your role will primarily include Will drafting and trust work on a day-to-day basis, with the occasional higher-value estate requiring coordination with local accountants. You will also provide guidance to junior members of staff, particularly as you step into the role of Department Head.

To excel in this Private Client Solicitor role, you will ideally have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive (CILEx),
• A STEP qualification, or be on track to do so shortly,
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop the firm’s existing client base.
