Senior Management Accountant | Hybrid-Working

For the last 3-5 years this company has continued to boom and now has operations dotted across the globe.

They are now seeking an experienced Management Accountant and finance leader to join them and add value to the wider business.

Reporting to the Finance Director, key duties from the off will include:

• Leading a team of two direct reports (responsible for AP, AR and Banking)
• Preparing all aspects of group management accounts, including commentaries
• Maintaining the Fixed-Asset register and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Intercompany transactions
• Business partnering with stakeholders
• Driving improvements to systems and processes

The ideal candidate for this role, will…

• Have strong leadership experience and will have led finance staff previously
• Have excellent management accounting experience
• Be open to “changes” and possess a mindset of continually looking to improve systems and processes
• Be a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA), however, those that are coming towards the end of a qualification, or qualified by experience (with LOTS of relevant experience), shall also be considered
