I’m working with a leading regional law firm that is looking for two Residential Property Lawyers, one at Solicitor level and one at Senior Associate level, to join its friendly, ambitious team in Tunbridge Wells. The firm is known for its history and reputation, as well as its breadth of practice areas and clients, and it offers hybrid working.

You will be working alongside highly experienced partners in a modern, welcoming office, with a team that has an open-door culture and plenty of support around you. It is a great opportunity to put your residential conveyancing experience to work on a varied caseload, covering freehold and leasehold matters and acting for rural and high-net-worth clients.

The firm has a strong focus on progression and innovation, so there is real scope to build your career here, including growing your own client relationships and getting involved in business development.

They are looking for two people:

Residential Property Solicitor (1 to 4 years’ PQE)

• 1 to 4 years’ post-qualification experience
• Proven experience of Residential Property matters

Residential Property Senior Associate (6+ years’ PQE)

• 6+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Proven experience of Residential Property matters, with an appetite for business development and growing your own client relationships

The firm is open on qualification, so whether you are a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer, if you have the right experience and a keen interest in this area, I would love to hear from you.
