Residential Property Solicitor

This firm is searching for an experienced Solicitor to join the residential property team within their Tunbridge Wells office, currently comprising 11 individuals. The role provides an opportunity to conduct a broad range of work, dealing with both freehold and leasehold, as well as rural, high-net-worth properties.

They are looking for someone with Residential Property experience to integrate into their close-knit team, offering you definitive career progression. Equally, you will play an instrumental role in nurturing the more junior members, upholding the firm’s ethos of support by imparting your knowledge and experience.

For this role, you’ll ideally have:

• At least 5 years PQE
• Experience in the full spectrum of Residential Property work
• The confidence to support more junior members of the team
