Kick-start your career by joining this top-tier firm as the newest Private Client Solicitor at their Guildford office. They’re searching for a relatively junior legal professional with ambitions to learn and grow at the firm to incorporate into their renowned team.

You’ll become a part of their leading Private Client team, working alongside several Legal 500 Recommended Lawyers on an array of matters and helping within the wider department where necessary. As their newest hire, you will play an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s already vast range of expertise as you benefit from their extensive resources.

Your days will vary from drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, to estate administration and an element of trust and Court of Protection work. In addition to developing your own expertise, you’ll be encouraged to contribute to your team by participating in business development efforts and team meetings.

To excel in this Private Client Solicitor role, you will have:

  • Up to 3 years of experience as a Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive (CILEx),
  • Undertaken at least one training seat within a recognised private client team.

In addition, experience with the following is essential:

  • Will drafting,
  • Estate administration,
  • Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney,
  • Elements of trust work.
