HR Coordinator

East Sussex (Onsite)

12-month FTC

£30,000-£35,000

We are working with a well-established, successful business in East Sussex to recruit a HR Administrator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you would have involvement across the HR / recruitment function – this role will suit someone studying their CIPD Level 3.

Role Overview:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers)
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with payroll and employee queries
  • Manage recruitment administration and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and inductions
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law

About you:

  • A genuine people person, with team fit as important as experience
  • Positive, resilient, and empathetic, with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, providing hands-on HR support and guidance
  • Confident providing HR advice, including attending absence, disciplinary, and performance meetings

In return, you will receive:

  • Salary of £30,000-£35,000
  • 12-month FTC with the opportunity to become permanent
