Court of Protection PSL (Professional Support Lawyer)

This is a part-time role of 21 hours a week, allowing you to have a role that will work around your outside work commitments.

Join a Tier 1 Legal 500 Firm based in the beautiful city of Tunbridge Wells, Kent. As their new Court of Protection Professional Support Lawyer, you’ll be guiding this legal team, whether through developing the best practices and procedures or overseeing the Court of Protection team training, or simply keeping the team’s information up-to-date.

You don’t need to have specialised in purely Court of Protection to be considered for this role. If you have at least 20% of your caseload falling under Court of Protection, we’re more than happy to consider you; we know it’s quality over quantity of work!

For this role, you’ll ideally:

• Have 8+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer / CILEx
• Have a desire to work as a PSL Court of Protection Solicitor
