Construction Solicitor

This leading firm is searching for a Construction Solicitor to join their ambitious team of Real Estate specialists, based in the heart of London.

As their newest Construction Solicitor, you will service an array of clients under the guidance of two Legal 500 Recommended Partners within a team of eleven.

Your role will revolve around the non-contentious aspect of construction law, working towards the team’s primary focus, which lies within a mix of residential development and social housing matters. All at a firm that prides itself on its ethos of community and progression.

Despite their large size, this firm prioritises communication and a close-knit mentality, focusing largely on employee satisfaction and tenure within the firm. You’ll gain invaluable exposure in terms of both your clientele and caseload throughout your career with them, while also benefiting from their wider legal offering and stellar support staff.

For this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience with non-contentious construction matters, or a mix of both contentious and non-contentious,
• Experience with environmental and energy-focused construction matters, particularly those that are rural or off-grid, would be ideal but not essential.
