Monotony will be a thing of the past as you work on a diverse range of matters under the umbrella of commercial dispute resolution. Your days will vary from handling contractual disputes and breaches (both domestic and international) to resolving director and shareholder conflicts, addressing construction disputes, and managing professional negligence claims, in addition to banking litigation and insolvency claims.

You’ll be instrumental in expanding the already wide range of expertise that this firm offers while absorbing the wisdom of the five partners located in your office, along with the firm’s wider commercial offering and expert support staff.

To excel in this Commercial Dispute Resolution role, you will have:

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience as a Commercial Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator.

In addition, experience working on matters relating to the following is desirable:

• Contentious insolvency,
• Commercial Litigation,
• Shareholder, contractual, director, or partnership disputes.
