They’re looking for a driven solicitor who has established themselves within the region to incorporate into their like-minded team. You’ll be instrumental in expanding the already wide range of expertise that this firm offers, working on a multitude of matters from their Dartford office.

The advice you offer as a CDR Solicitor will span from contractual disputes and breaches (both domestic and international) to IP protection, director and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.

With a collaborative team and clear progression, you’ll have the space you need to thrive in this role. You’ll receive all the guidance and supervision you desire, as well as the opportunity to work as part of a team on large-scale disputes, all the while exercising the autonomy you’ve earned with years of experience.

For this role, you’ll ideally have 4+ years of PQE as a Commercial Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator.
