As Tax Technology Manager, you’ll lead complex client projects and help shape innovative digital tax solutions across income tax, VAT, Pillar 2 and more. About the role:

• Lead and deliver complex tax tech projects, focusing on income tax, VAT, Pillar 2, CBCR, and digital compliance
• Manage client implementations of tax compliance software, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term value
• Provide expert guidance to clients on technical tax matters and optimising their tax compliance processes
• Collaborate with product and consulting teams to shape innovative tax technology solutions and drive digital transformation
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise, contributing to internal training, knowledge growth, and best practices

About you

• Degree in tax, accounting, finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of German income tax law
• Around 5 years’ experience in tax consulting, Tax Tech, or an in-house tax function
• Strong interest in tax digitalisation, with hands-on experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP/S4HANA)
• Fluent in German and English (C1+)
