Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst Tax Transformation to help modernise and digitise their tax function. This role blends strong tax knowledge with deep analytical capability, supporting initiatives across automation, workflow optimisation, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse tax processes and identify opportunities to streamline, standardise, and automate workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process maps, and future-state documentation.
• Partner with BI & AI teams to implement analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools that enhance tax insights and decision-making.
• Support project management activities, including documentation, timelines, communication, and risk tracking.
• Assist with change management, user training, and adoption monitoring across tax teams.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in tax, tax technology, or tax transformation.
• Strong data analytics skills (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Experience with automation or AI-enabled tools in tax or finance.
• Solid understanding of corporate, partnership, indirect, or international tax processes.
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across tax, IT, and business teams.
