Senior Consultant – Transfer Pricing Compliance & Project Delivery

Are you a transfer pricing professional who thrives on ownership – someone who doesn’t just know the technical rules but knows how to run a complex, multi-stakeholder compliance project from kickoff to sign-off? We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the day-to-day delivery of transfer pricing compliance engagements for our multinational clients.
This isn’t a purely technical role. We’re looking for someone who can organise, coordinate and drive complex compliance projects – where project management, stakeholder management and delivery ownership matter just as much as technical transfer pricing knowledge.
What You’ll Do
Project Management & Coordination (High Priority)
You’ll manage transfer pricing compliance projects from planning through final delivery, coordinating client stakeholders across tax, finance, controlling and business functions. You’ll own data requests and information-gathering processes, track deliverables, dependencies, risks and open items, and coordinate contributions from international teams and specialists.
Technical Transfer Pricing Compliance
You’ll prepare and update Local Files, Master File sections and supporting transfer pricing documentation, conduct functional and risk analyses, and prepare transaction matrices and supporting documentation. You’ll coordinate or perform bench marking analyses, review inter company agreements for consistency with actual business operations, and support clients through transfer pricing audits and information requests.
Team Contribution
You’ll coach and support junior team members on specific work streams, review selected work products ahead of manager review, and help shape the process improvements, templates and documentation standards that make the whole team more effective.
