Entry-Level Manager – Transfer Pricing Compliance, Advisory & Team Coordination

Are you ready to step into a role where you lead the engagement, not just contribute to it? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Manager to take ownership of complex transfer pricing work.
What You’ll Do
Project Leadership (Highest Priority)
You’ll lead multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing compliance engagements, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients – project budgets, timelines and resource allocation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders across multiple work streams, and driving project governance, status reporting and issue resolution.
Technical Transfer Pricing & Advisory
You’ll review Local Files, Master Files and bench marking studies, and use that visibility to identify transfer pricing risks and opportunities arising from compliance work. You’ll advise clients directly on transfer pricing policies, operational transfer pricing matters and inter company arrangements, support audit defence and dispute-prevention initiatives, and translate technical findings into practical, business-ready recommendations.
Team Development
You’ll coach and develop junior consultants, delegate and review their work effectively, and provide the technical guidance and feedback that helps them grow.
Business Development Support
You’ll help spot advisory opportunities that arise from ongoing projects, support proposal preparation and client presentations, and participate in select business development initiatives.
What Success Looks Like
Strong project leadership and excellent stakeholder management, paired with the ability to combine compliance delivery with advisory thinking. Effective coaching and team development, and commercial awareness – without requiring immediate sales responsibility.
