We’re working with a market-leading organisation in Redhill who are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong AR experience to step into a senior role, managing two direct reports while driving efficiency and accuracy across the receivables function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the AR team.

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, cash allocation and credit control.

• Produce regular AR reports and support month-end close activities.

• Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.

• Act as a key point of contact for queries, both internally and externally.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in Accounts Receivable.

• Previous team leadership experience.

• Good working knowledge of ERP systems (experience with D365 is highly desirable).

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative finance function.
