Are you an experienced Real Estate Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for greater autonomy and variety in your job?
This top-75 firm is looking for a rising star to support a dynamic Senior Associate on a broad range of property matters, with a strong pipeline of high-quality work.
You’ll cover a range of residential and commercial property matters – including transactions, plot sales, and investor matters – while acting for developers, executors, and private clients across the country.
With a consistent flow of work and full administrative support, you’ll be trusted to handle matters confidently while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working pattern and a team leader whose business development prowess knows no bounds.
The role offers a strong balance of independence and collaboration; it’s perfect for someone who enjoys running their own caseload while contributing to larger, more sophisticated deals.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in the UK
- Solid experience in real estate transactions, ideally including plot sales or investor work
- Confidence to manage your own files and maintain pace in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, dependable approach
If you’re seeking a role where you can take real responsibility, work closely with senior lawyers, and enjoy a strong and steady flow of engaging and varied real estate work at a firm with an intriguing practice model, we’d love to hear from you.
