Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

I am working closely with a superb business based near Coulsdon to recruit a permanent Accounts Payable Specialist on a part-time basis.

This is a role whereby you will be working 24 hours per week and be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable, which will involve…

• Matching a high volume of invoices
• Creating Excel invoice spreadsheets
• Resolving supplier queries
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Assisting with the accrual process
• Payment runs

The ideal candidate for this role, will…

• Have at least some experience in a busy/ high volume Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Payable role
• Be comfortable working to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Have Intermediate Excel skills
• Be happy working 24 hours per week on-site. Preferably you will be happy doing 3 full days but, equally, those looking to stretch their hours over 4/5 days will also be considered. There may be the opportunity to occasionally work from home over time but this is initially a fully on-site role.
