Trade compliance has been the problem nobody wanted to tackle properly. Every “innovative” logistics or payments business has quietly punted on it. This business didn’t.
It’s a small, fast-growing AI-native compliance platform handling the full global indirect tax compliance lifecycle – calculation, registration, filing and remittance – at genuinely enormous scale. E-invoicing is one of the fastest-moving parts of that challenge, with mandates landing across Europe at a pace most enterprise tax teams are struggling to keep up with, and this role owns it.
You’d take end-to-end ownership of the e-invoicing domain: understanding the mandate landscape jurisdiction by jurisdiction, working alongside product and engineering to build the automation, and making sure the product stays ahead of the compliance curve rather than reacting to it.
Working at the intersection of trade compliance, e-invoicing, indirect tax and technology, you’ll help shape scalable solutions that enable multinational organisations to stay ahead of rapidly evolving global regulatory requirements.
This works if:
- You’ve been underestimated before and it still bothers you.
- You’ve built something with no playbook and no one to ask.
- You want to own a domain end to end, not manage a team of people who do it for you.
- You believe speed and accuracy aren’t a trade-off; they’re both the job.
This doesn’t work if:
- You need the plan handed to you.
- “Good enough” has ever felt like an acceptable place to stop.
Remote across Europe, small team, huge surface area, backed by significant growth. If the idea of owning a genuinely undersolved problem excites you more than it worries you, get in touch.
