German Tax Manager | Global US Multinational | NYSE-Listed | $30bn+ Revenue | Germany (Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled German Tax Manager to join a $30bn+ NYSE-listed US multinational at the heart of the AI and digital infrastructure boom. This hybrid role combines German corporate tax ownership with exciting exposure to EMEA-wide planning and M&A.

This is a broad, commercially focused role combining German corporate tax ownership with real exposure to EMEA-wide planning, M&A, restructuring, and business transformation. Complex, varied work – no two days the same.

What you’ll do

  • Own German corporate tax compliance and manage tax authority audits
  • Support M&A, reorganisations, and legal entity simplification projects
  • Partner with finance and operational stakeholders across the region
  • Monitor legislative changes and identify risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to cross-functional EMEA tax projects

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Steuerberater with strong German corporate tax expertise
  • Commercial mindset – able to translate technical tax into practical business advice
  • A collaborative self-starter comfortable working independently
  • In-house experience beneficial but not essential
