An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, highly successful business in a newly created Finance Assistant role. The company has doubled in size over the past few years and values its people, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing and issuing sales invoices

• Managing customer accounts, including allocating payments and reconciling balances

• Carrying out credit control and following up overdue accounts professionally

• Responding to customer enquiries about invoices and statements

• Supporting month-end close and management reporting

• Assisting with purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, and general finance tasks

• Collaborating across teams to resolve queries and support business objectives

What we’re looking for:

• Solid all-around finance experience

• Confident Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills
