An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and innovative business. This role is ideal for a fully qualified Management Accountant or an experienced Finance Manager.

Role Overview:

• Lead and mentor a small finance team
• Take full ownership of the monthly management accounts
• Lead the month-end close across multiple entities
• Produce high-quality financial statements
• Coordinate audit deliverables and year-end reporting requirements
• Oversee wider financial operations
• Support cash flow forecasting and contribute to broader financial risk management
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fully ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

• Proven leadership experience within a growing or multi-entity environment

• Commercially astute with strong analytical capability

• Proactive, process-driven, and confident implementing improvements

In return, you’ll receive:

• Salary of £60,000-£70,000
• Discretionary bonus

• Working hours of 9.30am-5.30pm
