This highly respected specialist team is seeking their newest addition, in the form of a 1-3 PQE property solicitor with a vocational interest in the education sector.

Based just minutes from Blackfriars station, this culture-first firm’s highly ranked Education Law team was founded on the principles of providing high-quality legal support to some of the country’s most significant educational institutions.

You will join a small team of experts within a vast department of education lawyers to support a diverse client base. The team prides itself on its standing within the legal sphere and is on the lookout for a property lawyer to help uphold and enhance their reputation.

What does this Education Property Solicitor role entail?

Your work will focus on advising schools, academies, education charities and dioceses on a broad spectrum of commercial property-related matters.

You’ll gain invaluable exposure and specialist expertise throughout your career at this firm, utilising the skills you’ve developed to navigate matters of varying complexity – from landlord and tenant work, to leases and development projects, school reorganisations, mergers, regulatory matters, and more.

For this Education Property Solicitor role, you will ideally:

  • Have 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience as a property lawyer. This team recognises that Education Law is a specialist and sometimes uncommon field, and they are open to applications from a variety of backgrounds, including the public sector and local authorities.
