Temporary Credit Controller – Hybrid (Redhill) – Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our clients team on a temporary basis in Redhill.

This is a hybrid role, working Monday to Wednesday in the office (8 AM – 4 PM) and Thursday & Friday from home. An immediate start is required.

📍 Location: Redhill (Hybrid)
💰 Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Duration: Temporary contract
🕘 Hours: Monday – Wednesday (Office, 8 AM – 4 PM) | Thursday – Friday (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
  • Building strong relationships and confidently liaising with overseas customers
  • Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently to ensure smooth cash flow
  • Monitoring aged debt and implementing effective recovery strategies
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and credit management

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong credit control background with proven experience in a similar role
✔ Confident in dealing with overseas customers and navigating different time zones
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting systems
✔ Experience in the events industry is advantageous but not essential
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team
✔ Available to start immediately
