This leading law firm is searching for a Construction Solicitor to join their top-ranked team of construction law experts, based in the heart of London.

As their newest Construction Solicitor, you will service an array of clients under the guidance of two Legal 500 Leading Partners within a collaborative and well-established team. You will gain exposure to the full spectrum of construction-related matters, focusing on the non-contentious.

This firm’s client base is wide and well-known, including developers, landed estates, investors, contractors and large property portfolio owners in both the public and private sectors. With direct client contact and exposure to various networking and business development opportunities, this is the ideal role for a solicitor looking to scale up their career and their reputation.

Working within a highly reputable and large Real Estate department that’s rife with cross-referrals – from planning to commercial property and development – you’ll gain invaluable exposure to every aspect of construction law, while also benefiting from the firm’s wider legal offering and excellent support structure.

For this Construction Solicitor role in London, you will have:

• Experience with non-contentious construction matters, or a mix of both contentious and non-contentious work.

• Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.

• Ideally, a solid foundation of training focusing on construction, i.e., at least one training seat in construction law, or in-house training at a construction firm.
