Harvey John is working with a thriving entrepreneurial hospitality group on sourcing a hands-on, detail focused Bookkeeper to work closely alongside their FC to manage and develop their finance function.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar bookkeeping position / Finance Assistant role with experience of payroll and Xero. They will be a highly organised and detail focused individual who is able to effectively self-manage.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping
• Reconciliation tasks
• Processing invoices
• Assisting with the supplier side of business
• Playing a key role in integrating new supply/inventory and ordering platform
• Monitor financial transactions and reports
• Process cheques and payments
• Understand ledgers
• Handle monthly payroll using accounting software
• Ad hoc duties as required by the FC
