Accounts Senior l Brighton

We are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Senior to join a small, well established Brighton based chartered accountancy firm.

The firm have been successful in winning a lot of new business and so are looking for an additional accountant to join their friendly and highly skilled team. The role will involve supporting the managers in preparing year end accounts and tax returns for range of SME clients. The firm has a varied range of clients, and they aim to provide high standard from a technical and customer service point of view.

The firm is offering an excellent salary and benefits. They will consider full or part time working and you can mainly work from home, coming into the office in central Brighton once or twice a week. They can provide study support if you are still working towards a professional qualification.

About you:

• Solid experience of preparing statutory accounts in an accountancy practice environment
• Positive attitude, with high standards of work and good customer service skills
• Probably ACA/ACCA part qualified or AAT qualified, but practical experience is more important
