Lead Strategic VAT Initiatives

• Provide technical VAT guidance and strategic leadership across compliance and advisory teams
• Mentor and develop junior staff, building a high-performing VAT advisory function
• Collaborate with technology and AI teams to enhance VAT automation and compliance processes
• Support business growth by embedding VAT strategy into software platforms and operations

Your VAT Leadership Expertise

• Minimum 10 years’ VAT experience (UK and/or international), ideally in senior advisory or industry roles
• Broad expertise in domestic and cross-border VAT, including supply chain optimisation, reverse charge, partial exemption, contract review, and audit support
• Proven leadership skills, capable of managing teams and influencing strategic decisions
• Strong commercial acumen, confident in client-facing interactions
