Treasury Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant with a combination of operational treasury, controls and reporting experience to take on a key role within a leading global business as it enters a period of significant change. As Treasury Finance Manager you will be responsible for developing, improving and documenting treasury processes, managing the company’s cash flow and banking setup and controls, and implementing strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Responsibilities:

• Improve treasury financial management, interest processes and transfer‑pricing frameworks
• Analyse FX exposures and help design practical hedging and currency management solutions
• Support automation of intercompany settlement, cash management and loan documentation
• Act as subject‑matter expert for treasury workflows within the TMS
• Work with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure strong controls and clear reporting
• Drive enhancements to processes, documentation and system workflows

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with strong financial accounting expertise
• Experience gained within a corporate treasury function
• Organised, analytical and comfortable with both BAU and project work
• Confidence working with data, reporting tools, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
