Transfer Pricing Manager | Big 4

Looking for rapid growth and advisory? I am recruiting for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join a strong national team at a Big 4 firm. This is a genuine career catalyst where meritocracy is the priority; to prove the pace of growth here, one recent Manager hire was promoted to Senior Manager within just six months. If you have the drive, you’ll have the platform to master your own destiny.
In this role, you’ll move far beyond compliance to focus on high-level, value-added advisory. You’ll dive into the inner workings of global multinationals across various sectors, identifying value and ensuring international tax alignment on some of the most interesting projects in the market. The firm has invested heavily in technology to strip away administrative drag, allowing you to focus your expertise on complex strategy and professional development.
You’ll have genuine autonomy over a diverse portfolio, owning technical projects from initial planning through to completion. We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinker who enjoys identifying new business opportunities and mentoring junior talent.
You’ll bring a background in advising multinationals on transfer pricing, supported by an ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification. If you are a natural relationship builder who thrives when given the space to own your work and drive results, this is the perfect environment to redefine your trajectory.
Location: Multiple Offices across UK | Hybrid
