The Role
As Tax Transformation Leader, you’ll:
- Develop and implement a tax transformation road-map that drives efficiency and scalability.
- Lead adoption of automation, AI, and analytics solutions to improve processes and decision-making.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing transformation team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and change adoption.
About You
You are a seasoned tax and technology professional with:
- 10+ years’ experience in tax transformation, technology, and compliance/advisory.
- Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on process execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- Expertise in enterprise systems, workflow optimisation, and governance frameworks.
