Tax Senior Manager

A well-established and highly regarded accountancy and advisory firm in Camberley is recruiting for an experienced Tax Senior Manager or Manager to join its growing tax team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional looking to take ownership of a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and high net worth individuals within a progressive and collaborative firm environment.

The role offers a strong blend of advisory and compliance work, with exposure to complex tax planning projects and direct client interaction.

The Role
You will work closely with senior leadership, providing commercially focused tax advice across a broad range of matters including:

• Corporate reorganisations and restructures
• Business disposals and acquisitions
• SDLT and Inheritance Tax planning
• Trusts and estates
• Residency and domicile matters
• Wealth structuring and succession planning
• HMRC enquiries and disclosures

You will also oversee complex personal, corporate and Trust tax compliance work, while mentoring junior team members and helping drive the continued growth of the tax function.

About You

• CTA qualified (STEP qualification advantageous)
• Strong technical knowledge across personal, corporate and Trust taxation
• Proven experience managing owner-managed business and private client portfolios
• Strong advisory background with excellent client relationship skills
• Commercially aware, proactive and technically strong
• Confident communicator with leadership experience
