Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex VAT matters across a varied portfolio
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across all VAT processes and client work
  • Review and support the work of junior colleagues, acting as a mentor and guide
    Contribute to internal process improvement and client communications (articles, webinars, etc.)
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and support the development of new business

Key Requirements

  • ATT-qualified VAT specialist with solid, hands-on experience
  • Clear communicator – able to explain complex VAT issues simply and confidently
    Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff

Oh and a driving licence is essential as the office is based in a beautiful, rural location.
