85% of your work will be advisory, providing strategic tax advice on interesting projects for some of the UK’s largest charities, SMEs and OMBs and most of it is on repeat business basis.

This 4-person team is led by a charismatic and supportive tax leader who will value your input and will empower you to succeed. They recently reduced client load while increasing fees by 30%, allowing you to focus on building strong client relationships and leading on larger, more strategic projects.

You’ll provide expert advice on all aspects of employment tax, including payroll, benefits, IR35, and more.

You’ll also assist clients with statutory forms and navigate areas like PAYE Settlement Agreements, Termination payments, Construction Industry scheme etc.

And if you like, your supportive director will support you to focus on a specific area of employment tax that you enjoy most.
