What will this Senior Private Client Solicitor role involve?

You’ll step into a busy, well-respected department handling a broad range of matters:

• Wills and lifetime planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate administration for estates ranging from modest values up to £10m+
• Trusts
• Court of Protection (with the option to externally refer)

With significant generational work and an exceptional flow of new matters, you’ll quickly become a crucial contributor to the team’s workload. This firm’s client base is loyal and local, meaning that business development naturally grows from excellent client care.

To excel in this Senior Private Client Solicitor role, you will ideally bring:

• 7-10 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent
• A mature approach suited to a predominantly older client base
• A willingness to be office-based within a traditional (largely paper-based) firm
• The confidence to handle a varied caseload with autonomy, while collaborating within a supportive team
