This is an excellent and newly created position to join a large, global business on the outskirts of Gatwick.

This opportunity would favour a newly qualified accountant (or finalist) looking to now supervise a small team. You will also have responsibility across a range of management and financial reporting tasks, inclusive of…

• Owning Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Journal postings
• Multiple VAT returns across the group
• Supporting with Budget setting and cash flow forecasting

The ideal candidate for this role will…

• Be fully ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (Desirable). Though those that will be imminently qualified (ie. finalist and actively studying), with lots of relevant experience, will also be considered for the position
• Have strong Financial accounting experience
• Be a driven and ambitious finance professional
• Be confident in all aspects of month-end close
