We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join a team on a part-time temporary basis as a Credit Control Specialist. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the business while gaining valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the credit control process, including invoicing, statements, and collections.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to billing or payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in credit control experience required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work part-time hours on a temporary basis with a view of going perm
