Part Qualified Audit and Accounts Senior

We are recruiting for a Part Qualified Audit and Accounts Senior to join a long established, successful and friendly chartered accountancy firm in Brighton, East Sussex.

Are you currently working in accountancy practice and now looking for a role that provides a mix of work including audit? This is rare opportunity to join a relatively small firm that can offer exposure to a surprising variety of work and be part of a highly skilled team.

In your new Audit and Accounts Senior role you will working closely with partners and managers in planning and delivering a range of audit assignments along with related accounts and tax work. You will be overseeing the work and development of more junior members of the team, and working closely with colleagues and clients to ensure work is carried out to a high standard and to budget. The client portfolio consists of a wide range of sizes and sectors, so you will enjoy lots of variety, and be encouraged to take responsibility and develop your technical skills. The firm has a friendly, close knit team and offers excellent training and support and provides the opportunity for long term career progression.

What we’re looking for:

• ACA or ACCA part qualified or equivalent
• A background in a UK accountancy firm in a role which includes audit exposure
• Inquisitive, self motivated, detail minded
• Committed to providing the highest levels of client service
