£35,000-£40,000 + discretionary 20% annual bonus

This role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant with hands-on finance experience who’s ready to take the next step. With strong growth plans and a high performing team, this position offers potential progression into a Finance Manager role – perfect for someone sharp, ambitious, and with at least 2-3 years within the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Bank reconciliations
• Purchase ledger
• Intercompany transactions
• Accruals & prepayments
• Month-end reporting
• Financial analysis and ad hoc project support

What You’ll Need

• To be actively studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA (ideally already part qualified)
• Experience within the financial services sector
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Intermediate (ideally advanced) level in Excel
• A confident communicator and collaborative team player
