Working with a Sussex based accountancy firm on a number of strategic hires and lateral partner opportunities.

A truly fantastic time in their business journey to join the firm and take over an established client portfolio in an advisory capacity. We would be keen to hear from established Partners or rising stars at Senior Manager or Associate Director level.

You’ll have your own motivation in looking for a new job and we do understand that at this senior level, it could take some unravelling to leave your current firm. You may not even be actively looking for a new job but deep down feel frustrated by the direction of your current firm or the lack of opportunity to make an impact. As a Partner, you may feel there’s limited succession coming through the ranks so difficult to see how the future will play out. About you:

• Professionally qualified – ACA or ACCA
• Currently working within a prominent accountancy practice, you’ll be an experienced and dynamic accountant looking for a new challenge
• Look to create value by building and maintaining strong and productive relationships
• You may have your own referral source by bringing business with you yet still motivated by business development with a passion to generate new work
• Energised to work in an inclusive environment where all opinions and challenges are taken into account encouraged to recognise and share innovative ideas
• Strive for quality and excellence in everything you do whilst encouraging others to do the same

In terms of timescales, there really is no panic. It’s about the right hire for the firm as well as the right firm for you. BUT, they are ready to hire!

Please view any advertised salary as a market rate range with your expectations and overall package discussed on application. To give you an idea of location, the firm has Sussex wide coverage but you will have a focus around the mid Sussex area.
