You will play the lead role in the finance transformation and as such will need to be dynamic in supporting the business in both its “as is” and “to be” phases.

This will include:

• Shoring up processes and controls to support the next stage in the company’s development
• Producing timely and accurate management accounts and designing an enhanced MI & reporting pack
• Working Capital management
• Overseeing a small team
• Implementing a new ERP system
• Working closely with the key decision makers and offering meaningful finance business partnering
• Presenting to investors, banks and lenders

The role will suit an individual with an eye for detail and exceptional financial/balance sheet management expertise coupled with a naturally inquisitive nature and willingness to challenge.
