- Meeting Collections targets and contacting clients via email and phone
- Hitting KPI targets
- Dealing with customer queries
- Assisting with the Billing process
- Cash allocation
- Reconciling customer accounts

The ideal candidate for this role will…
- Have at least SOME experience of Credit Control/ Collections, either through working as a Credit Controller or through working as an Accounts Assistant
- Be confident hitting targets within a busy and fast-paced working environment
- Ideally be confident in the use of Excel and accounting packages
