The role allows hybrid working (2 days from home) and you will be working across a broad spectrum of customers, where you will be…

• Speaking to clients over the phone and email (so you must be confident proactively speaking to debtors)
• Following up on bad debt and escalating where you are unable to negotiate settlement terms
• Following up with any clients and dealing with queries

The ideal candidate for this role, will have…

• Excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to various people over the phone, as well as building rapport and negotiating
• The drive and ability to hit targets
• At least SOME experience of a Collections/ Credit Control role- while a very experienced would be great, we are also open to those that have some experience but are now looking to expand their skills
