If you have global mobility and have tax technology experience, there is a great opportunity with a growing technology firm. The Client Service Manager is at the heart of the client success structure within a growing multinational software house. You will support the Client Services Director which sits alongside the Product and Tax teams.
This is an exciting new global position, which would suit a confident, client-focused team-player prolific in managing complex data processes.
Day to day you will:
- on a direct client-facing role, managing various client engagement activities, from organising client operation schedules to leading regular client service meetings.
- closely with our Tax and Product teams to support our clients’ daily needs and plan for their short-term and long-term development or implementation needs.
- a key role in client implementation, collaborating with the Director of Client Services to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience.
- an expert in the product, related technologies, and their configuration capabilities.
- all User Acceptance Testing from a Client Services perspective.
- actively in the strategic development and management of key initiatives with some of the largest global organisations as part of the Client Services team.
- ample opportunities to present to clients, conduct workshops, and lead change management initiatives both internally and externally.
- process compliance from an operations standpoint, working with the Compliance Lead to maintain effective and documented quality data controls.
- the Client Success team in scoping and process design pre-contract, as needed.
- client feedback and collaborate closely with the Product team to continuously improve the platform for clients.
