Our client is hiring an Audit Transformation Leader to shape the future of audit across their US professional services network. This hybrid role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery, leading audit transformation initiatives across multiple U.S. offices and implementing automation, AI, and workflow optimisation to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and client service.

The Role

As Audit Transformation Leader, you will:

• Develop and implement an audit transformation roadmap that drives efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead adoption of automation, AI, data analytics, and digital audit tools to strengthen audit execution and insights.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing transformation team.
• Collaborate with audit leadership, engagement teams, and technology vendors to ensure successful project delivery and change adoption.

About You

You are a seasoned audit and technology professional with:

• 10+ years’ experience in audit transformation, digital audit tools, and assurance methodology.
• A proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on process execution.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Expertise in enterprise systems, workflow optimisation, audit technology, and governance frameworks.
