This is a unique opportunity to join an absolute AI unicorn at a time of hypergrowth!
The company is a Series C Startup, building something that will define our generation and they are looking to add to their lean finance team.

Key duties will include…
- Executing month-end close for multiple entities
- Financial reporting in US GAAP but also SEC reporting, ensuring all financial reports comply to PCAOB Audit standards
- Actively reviewing and looking to improve financial controls
- Hands-on involvement in Payables and Receivables
- Main point of contact with Audit
- Financial Planning
You will be comfortable working at a fast pace, with experience gained in a scaleup/ high-growth environment, but, in addition to this, you will need…
- To be a fully qualified accountant (CPA or ACA)
- Experience of financial reporting within a US regulatory Public company setting (said reports will be audited under PCAOB)
- To have worked within a multi-entity setting, “owning” the month-end close
- To be located on the East Coast of the United States as, while this is an almost entirely remote-working role, you will occasionally be needed on-site in New York for Audit purposes
- To be able to start a new role by Feb 2026 at the latest
In return, the successful candidate will receive…
- Excellent pay which will be reviewed with progress
- Equity in a high-growth business
- Competitive benefits

- The opportunity to work almost entirely remotely
