Accounts Team Leader

I am working closely with a superb employer, based near Crawley, to recruit an Accounts Supervisor/ Team Leader within their Lettings team.

In this role, you will be heading up a small team responsible for…

• Bank Reconciliations
• Issuing payments
• Setting targets/ KPIs and monitoring them
• Overseeing Ledgers and controls

The ideal candidate for this role, will:

• Have some experience of leading/ supervising a small team before
• Have a good understanding of accounting/ bookkeeping principles
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have experience of/ understand the Lettings industry
